“Siraj” Receives Financial Support to Fund Educational Programs Mohsen Haider Darwish Company has made a generous financial contribution to the Endowment Institution for Supporting Education (Siraj) during a meeting between Her Excellency Dr. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Endowment Institution for Supporting Education (Siraj), and Areij bint Mohsen Haider Darwish, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Mohsen Haider Darwish Group for Automotive, Construction Equipment, and Renewable Energy. Her Excellency Dr. Rahma Al Mahrouqi expressed her appreciation for the support provided by Mohsen Haider Darwish Company to Siraj, in addition to the various forms of assistance the company extends to endowment institutions and charitable organizations across different fields. On her part, Areij bint Mohsen Haider Darwish stated that the company’s support for the Endowment Institution (Siraj) is part of its social responsibility to promote education, scientific research, and innovation in the Sultanate of Oman. It is noteworthy that the Endowment Institution for Supporting Education (Siraj) aims to revitalize the developmental role of endowments in nurturing education and supporting its academic programs. It seeks to create diverse and sustainable sources of funding for education at all levels, assist students in need based on reports from the relevant authorities, provide necessary support for students with disabilities and their suitable programs, attract donations, gifts, and bequests to support education with proper regulations, find the best ways to manage, develop, and invest these funds, and utilize the institution’s funds and investment returns to support and finance projects related to the development of the education sector in the Sultanate of Oman while applying best practices in this field.
